Joanna was on top of everything. She followed up on everything and kept me informed. She made sure I had all of the documents needed for selling the house. She followed up with me after closing to ensure everything was okay. Payments, ect. Joanna is friendly and outgoing. Very nice personality. Great experience with an awesome woman.
